AJŠ Certification
The member schools of the Association have the opportunity to verify the quality of their services by applying for quality certification.
Certified schools provide their customers with the assurance that their quality is externally verified. In the quality assessment we cooperate with a prestigious university department, which is the Language Teaching Centre of Masaryk University. Regular audits are carried out by independent inspectors of the CJV MUNI. The quality of teaching in certified schools is therefore guaranteed by the university.
The audits verify the fulfilment of the set criteria, in accordance with international quality standards in language education. The audited facts include, for example, sufficiently sized school facilities, the qualifications of lecturers and the care for the quality of teaching provided by the academic management of the school, in particular through an adequately extensive system of lecturer training and hospitality systems.
It cannot be argued that a language school which does not hold a certificate is not of good quality. However, a certified school demonstrates to its customers that it consistently meets standardised quality criteria and that this is verified by independent external audits. This fact is a great advantage, especially in the context of tenders for suppliers of custom-made language teaching. For public procurers, the AJŠ certificate can therefore be one of the appropriate qualification or evaluation criteria.
