AJŠ Conference

Every year the Association of Language Schools organizes the largest meeting of experts in foreign language teaching in the Czech Republic. The conference is intended for teachers of foreign languages in primary, secondary and higher education, and for teachers of private language schools.

Seminars and webinars

During the school year, we organise training seminars and webinars aimed at three target groups: teachers and lecturers, language school management and the public. Our members attend for free, others for a fee. For more information, please see below.

Expert advice

The Association of Language Schools cooperates with various professional institutions working in the field of adult and child education. We provide all interested parties with information concerning the quality of language teaching, the setting up of a language education system and the preparation of tenders for language service providers.

Networking of language schools

All members and partners shall meet at least twice a year for membership meetings. There is a one-day meeting in Prague in the spring and a two-day meeting in Moravia in the autumn. Formally and informally, we exchange experiences, share examples of good practice (and occasionally, pitfalls), discuss new legislation and establish supplier cooperation.
