Invitation to the webinar – “There are no lecturers” or “there are not enough lecturers”

We invite you to a webinar on one of the key topics for language schools – how to find and keep quality teachers.

It will be broadcast online on 22 January 2025 from 10:00am to 11:30am. The webinar will be led by Martina Ménová, Academic Director of SPĚVÁČEK Schools, where she leads a team of nearly 400 tutors from around the world. She has conducted hundreds of interviews at SPĚVÁČEK and successfully recruited many tutors. As it happens, she didn’t always get it right in her selection process, but each time she tried to learn from her mistakes and do even better next time.
